1. Your Account

When making your first purchase you will be asked if you would like to create an account with us. Fill in the information required and submit. Thereafter you can login at any time by navigating to Help & Info at the bottom of the page then clicking on Your Account.

At login click ‘Forgot password?’. Submit the details requested and you will receive an email with a link to reset.  

You can add or edit delivery and billing information at checkout or on Your Account.

On Your Account, navigate to the ‘Account Dashboard’ section. Click on ‘Address Book’, where you can update both your billing address and delivery address details.

2. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase on this site please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs.

Our returns address is shown on your invoice. If you wish to receive a refund or replacement please contact us at customerservices@jerseyfinetea.com to let us know.

In addition, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 business days.

3. Deliveries

We ship worldwide with Jersey Post, Royal Mail and their partners. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Jersey and Great Britain deliveries are free for two bags of tea or more.

All delivery times are subject to placing your order before 2pm GMT Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm GMT on Thursday-Sunday will be dispatched on the following Wednesday at the latest. Orders placed on a Jersey public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

4. How to purchase

At the moment you can only buy our tea on www.jerseyfinetea.com. However, check back soon as we will partner with selected Jersey shops in time.

After our 2021 harvest begins in spring, you will also be able to order a cup of Jersey Fine Tea in some excellent local restaurants.

5. Storage

Our loose teas are all sold in re-sealable zip pouches. After use, gently squeeze the air out of the pouch (without crushing the leaves), reseal and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours, which cause the leaves to deteriorate and lose flavour.

After opening, our teas are best brewed within six months.


6. Currency

All our orders are processed in GBP at this time.

7. Out of Stock

When it’s gone, it’s gone! Some of our teas are produced in very limited quantities and are only available for a short time.
