Workers will need to be available for roughly 15 hours a week from mid-April to the end of October. Shifts vary from 7:00 to 11:00 or 13:00 to 17:00.
Picking is only carried out in dry weather, so some flexibility is essential, but the role is perfect for anyone looking to spend some time outdoors in clement weather!
Jersey Fine Tea gardens are in Trinity, Gorey and St Lawrence and your own transportation will be necessary.
No experience is necessary and training will be provided, but a passion for outdoors work is a must and an interest in tea is a plus!
This job will require a small amount of physical effort and the ability to stand for the duration of a four-hour shift is essential. A good eye and delicate hand work will be helpful.

Estate workers will need to be available for 40 hours a week from March until to the end of October. Typically working Mon-Friday but some weekend work may be a requirement.
This is an outdoor position so expect to work in all weathers! Training will be given.

Experience working in a similar role required and ability to use a range of machinery is necessary. Further training to suit the role will be provided, but a passion for outdoors work is a must and an interest in tea and conservation habitat management is a plus!
